About Guide
What Is Shipment Tracking?
Shipment tracking allows you to monitor your package or freight from collection through final delivery using a unique tracking number. Each time your shipment reaches a logistics checkpoint, the tracking information is updated, giving you visibility into its progress. Tracking systems typically update when a shipment is scanned at key points rather than continuously in real time.

Why Your Tracking Information May Not Update Immediately
Shipment tracking is updated whenever your package is scanned at major logistics checkpoints. It is normal for tracking information to remain unchanged while a shipment is travelling between facilities, crossing borders or awaiting its next scan. This does not necessarily indicate a delay.
International shipments, freight consignments and long-distance transportation may experience longer periods between updates. Once the shipment reaches the next processing centre, the tracking history will automatically refresh with the latest available information.
Common Reasons for Tracking Delays
Long-distance transportation between logistics hubs.
International flights or carrier handovers.
Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
Severe weather conditions affecting transport routes.
Sorting and processing at distribution facilities.
Weekends, public holidays or seasonal shipping volumes.
